These terms govern use of Miroslavo.com and purchases of prints or reservation deposits.

Originals
Original paintings are sold by private treaty. Listings on the site are invitations to enquire, not binding offers until confirmed in writing by the studio.
Prints
Limited editions are sold as described on /prints. Colours may vary by screen. Prints are hand-signed; edition numbers are allocated on fulfilment.
Deposits
A deposit reserves an available original for a limited period stated in correspondence. Deposits are applied to the purchase price. Refunds follow the written reservation terms for that work.
Shipping
Works ship from Barcelona or Prague with professional packing. Origin is confirmed when you purchase. Duties/taxes outside the EU may be payable by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.
Authenticity
Originals include a certificate of authenticity. Prints are signed by the artist.
Site content
Images and text are protected. Personal, non-commercial viewing is welcome; reproduction requires permission.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site beyond what applicable law requires.
